We will be covering how to keep your metabolism high and try to understand together why it changes in the first place. By answering the question,
“How does your BMR (Basal metabolic rate) change with exercise, dieting, and age?”
You will learn tips on exercise and nutrition. You will also understand that “It comes with age” isn't always true.
For women pregnancy and menopause changes the basal metabolic rate drastically. We will touch on those specific topics with an eye towards cause, effect and what you can do to control it.
For men testosterone is a highly discussed hormone. We will review current research on the links between changes in testosterone and its changes in metabolism.
